Most men never think twice about what they use below the belt — usually it’s the same bar of soap or body wash they use everywhere else. But the skin in your intimate area is thinner and more sensitive, and harsh soaps can leave it dry, itchy or uncomfortable. A dedicated men’s intimate wash is designed to clean gently while keeping that skin balanced.
Step 1: Wet the area with lukewarm water
Very hot water strips natural oils, so keep it warm, not hot.
Step 2: Use a small amount
One or two pumps is enough. Lather it in your palm first, then apply to the intimate area and groin.
Step 3: Massage gently for 30–60 seconds
No scrubbing needed. Let the wash do the work while you clean the folds of the skin, where sweat and odour build up most.
Step 4: Rinse thoroughly
Rinse with clean water until no product is left on the skin.
Step 5: Dry completely
Pat dry with a clean towel. Moisture trapped in the area is one of the biggest causes of odour and discomfort, so take a moment here — especially in Malaysia’s heat.
How often?
Once or twice a day is ideal: in your morning shower, and again after the gym, sport or a long, sweaty day.
Extra tips
- Choose breathable cotton underwear and change it daily.
- Keep a bottle in your gym bag for after workouts.
- For external use only — avoid contact with eyes.
If you ever notice persistent irritation, redness or unusual symptoms, stop using any product and speak to a doctor.
